Outside of work, Julia is an avid walker, lives to travel and explore different cultures, and enjoys the downtime of laughing with her husband Vic and stepdaughter Kaili. She believes the best outcomes happen when people feel genuinely seen, cared for, and valued. She brings that belief into every personal and professional relationship she builds.
Vic brings 17+ years of enterprise finance leadership, with deep expertise in revenue assurance, financial controls, and the data infrastructure that gives organizations real visibility into where money is — and where it isn’t. He has spent his career at the intersection of finance, technology, and operations — building audit frameworks, reconciliation systems, and automated controls that protect financial integrity at scale, while translating complex business risk into technical solutions and turning raw data into the executive reporting that leadership actually uses to make decisions. His work spans on-premise and cloud-based environments, with hands-on experience migrating enterprise financial operations and analytics infrastructure to the cloud — giving him a ground-level understanding of what that transition actually requires across people, process, and technology.
At Executive Edge, Vic leads the Finance Operations & Revenue Assurance practice and serves as the firm’s AI Advisory lead — bringing something increasingly rare in consulting: hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered assets and capabilities, not just advising on strategy. He partners with leadership teams to strengthen compliance posture, establish human-in-the-loop governance that keeps AI accountable and auditable, identify and expand high-value AI use cases across the business, and build the operational and analytical infrastructure that drives adoption beyond deployment into sustainable, measurable growth. Whether modernizing financial controls, automating manual workflows, or helping an organization optimize its AI strategy — he brings the experience, positive energy, and execution excellence to help you achieve your goals.
Vic is an Ohio native and a graduate of The Ohio State University. He is a Buckeye through and through. Outside of rooting for his teams, he loves traveling, spending time with family, and supporting his daughter Kaili in her own life adventure.
